SUCCESS STORIES
Keep Fit Perseverance
When I was fifteen, I was not very strong and prone to injury.
KEEP FIT changed all of that. George Loconsole trained me to be
a strong and tough basketball and soccer player which gave me the
extra edge to become very competitive and lead my Benet Academy
basketball team to the Elite Eight in 1998.
With the help of George and KEEP FIT, I attained my goals of becoming
quicker and bench pressing my own body weight. I took everything
George taught me during those four years of high school and continue
to apply them today as I train for marathons and triathlons.
As a result of the success I achieved while training with George,
I decided to become a fitness trainer after graduating from Notre
Dame University in May of 2002. During this past summer I had the
opportunity to work under George as a staff member and learn the
craft that has made him so successful. I had the opportunity to
make others quicker and stronger just like George did for me.
Finally, because of the discipline and perseverance George helped
to instill in me I attained the first step of my dream. I am a
first year medical student at Loyola's Stritch School of Medicine.
